Porcacchi's very attractive and early view of Venice (Venezia).

This finely-executed bird's-eye view shows the Venetian Lagoon surrounded by a compass rose and many sailing ships. Very skillfully engraved by Girolamo Porro.

Excellent hand colour. Finely engraved and a good strong inpression.

Very good condition for this scarce view.
